Business Analyst (Insurance sector)

H2B Group is a consulting company that helps clients automate business processes using AI and supports IT specialists in developing careers in the B2B model. They offer projects in industries such as fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation. The company is part of the Euvic group. The client project is an in-house, multi-tenant platform for managing insurance operations covering the entire policy lifecycle with a modular architecture and API-first design, built from scratch.

• Experience working in the insurance industry (strict requirement; related regulated domains such as fintech, banking, or healthcare are not accepted substitutes)
• Fluent English at minimum B2 level
• Business Analysis experience, demonstrated at senior level

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of technologies used in the project: React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, REST, SOAP/XML, Kafka, RabbitMQ, S3-compatible storage

• Collaborate in a 9-person team including architect, developers, QA, and PM on building the insurance platform from scratch
• Analyze and document requirements related to the insurance domain processes
• Participate in defining architecture considerations compliant with RODO and security-by-design
• Support integration efforts involving REST and SOAP/XML APIs, messaging with Kafka/RabbitMQ, and object storage with S3-compatible systems

Availability with a maximum 30-day notice period required for project start. The recruitment process consists of two stages. Employment under B2B contract.
