System Analyst - sektor bankowy

Data Force Group sp. z o.o. is a company specializing for over 18 years in delivering advanced IT, analytical, and AI solutions for the banking, financial, and telecommunications sectors. They work with demanding clients and complex domain problems in the Polish financial sector.

• Minimum 4 years in system or business-system analysis, including at least 2 years in credit or mortgage projects in banking
• Practical knowledge of the credit product lifecycle: application, scoring, decision-making, launch, post-sales service, restructuring
• Proficiency in functional and system documentation using UML and BPMN
• Practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and ability to work with APIs
• Self-sufficiency in managing requirements from specification to implementation
• Fluent Polish (C2), and intermediate English (min. B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Enterprise Architect or similar modeling tools
• Experience with documentation repositories in Git/Gerrit and familiarity with Jenkins pipelines
• Knowledge of credit area regulations (Recommendations S, T; KNF guidelines; GDPR)
• Experience in core banking system projects within the credit domain
• Knowledge of decision systems (BRMS) and scoring engines
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or IREB or equivalents

• Collecting, analyzing, and verifying business requirements in the area of credit and mortgage products
• Translating business requirements into system and technical specifications
• Process modeling with BPMN and system design with UML
• Maintaining analytical and project documentation (Confluence, Enterprise Architect, JIRA)
• Analyzing the impact of regulatory and business changes on credit systems
• Supporting system, integration, and UAT testing, including writing SQL queries and API testing
• Collaborating continuously with the development team and business client, participating in Scrum ceremonies
