SAP FI Consultant (AA)

TQLO SP. Z O.O. is recruiting a senior SAP FI Consultant (AA) to join their team responsible for developing and maintaining SAP solutions in property and fixed assets management.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as SAP Consultant in SAP RE-FX and/or SAP FI.
• Very good knowledge of SAP RE-FX, especially lease and rental contract management and integration with SAP FI and CO.
• Knowledge of SAP FI-AA / Asset Accounting.
• Practical experience in SAP configuration.
• Experience preparing documentation and functional specifications.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Experience in both development and maintenance projects.
• Effective collaboration skills with business, development teams, and external vendors.
• English language proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and technical partners.

• Maintain and develop SAP RE-FX and SAP FI-AA solutions.
• Participate in development and implementation projects related to property and fixed assets management.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Design and recommend system solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
• Manage full change lifecycle: from requirements analysis, solution design, system configuration to production deployment.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with SAP developers on changes and extensions.
• Cooperate with business users to define requirements and recommend solutions.
• Support integration tests, UAT, and production deployments.
• Coordinate activities with external vendors maintaining the SAP environment.
• Contribute to the SAP development roadmap in the RE-FX and Asset Accounting domains.
