Java Fullstack Developer (k/m)

• Minimum 3 years of insurance domain experience, preferably in claims domain
• At least 5 years experience in system architecture design and supervision
• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring frameworks
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and automation
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns and integration practices
• Ability to create scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed architectures
• Experience in code review and mentoring
• Practical knowledge of API governance and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Willingness to work hybrid: 3 days per week on-site
• Provision of services from Polish territory

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agentic SDLC
• Experience in Multi-cloud strategies
• Advanced practical knowledge of DDD
• Awareness of cloud cost management
• Participation in defining technological standards within the organization

• Designing and supervising system architecture for distributed systems
• Creating scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant architectures
• Conducting code reviews and mentoring team members
• Leading architectural workshops
