• Experience working with Node.js/TS and PostgreSQL.

• Habit of using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) in daily work.
• High level of autonomy and business maturity.

• Fullstack Development: Creating and developing applications based on React, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, microservices in Node.js/TS, and PostgreSQL.
• Product Thinking: Actively participating in solution design by understanding developer needs and influencing what and how is built.
• End-to-End Ownership: Leading initiatives from concept to production deployment with minimal supervision.
• Design & UX Intuition: Ensuring interfaces and tools are intuitive, clean, and meet high community standards.
• Proactive communication: Clear and direct exchange within a small, tight-knit team.
