Senior/Lead Angular Developer

ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is working with a US client on tech solutions for home-based care management, including home health, DME, and IV therapy. The current project is building a Web Portal to automate insurance processes within this domain.

• 5+ years of experience with Angular
• Strong leadership background with Team or Tech Lead experience
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable software meeting technical requirements with attention to performance and availability
• Analyze requirements, review designs, and estimate user stories following Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Propose code refactoring and optimization improvements according to best practices and coding standards
• Maintain and improve high-quality standards by sharing knowledge, conducting tech talks, and participating in internal promotion processes
• Stay updated with modern technologies and obtain professional certifications
• Support less experienced developers through training, task distribution, and monitoring
• Participate in internal tech talks

Work format: hybrid — 2 days per week from the Krakow office
