EY GDS Poland NextGen Talent Internship - Junior Business Intelligence Consultant

EY GDS Poland is a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY, offering consulting services with a focus on data, analytics, and business intelligence.

• Basic experience in Power BI.
• Knowledge of T-SQL and/or Python.
• Understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes.
• Understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling principles.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of data concepts such as Data Marts and Data Warehouses.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Interest in developing AI and GenAI skills using modern digital tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with an open mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Spark, or Databricks.
• Experience developing ETL processes or creating reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Exposure to data visualization and dashboard development.
• Participation in academic, personal, or commercial analytics-related projects.
• Skills in German and/or French languages.
