EY GDS Poland NextGen Talent Internship - Junior Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

• Domain knowledge in at least one area: Finance & Accounts, Warehousing, Procurement, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service
• Readiness to learn technologies from the Microsoft Tech Stack
• Ability to handle large data sets in Excel (VBA is nice to have) or experience in any databases
• Ability to prepare documentation, user manuals, and training presentations
• Preferably experience with modern CRM or ERP systems
• Nice to have: experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Nice to have: experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution
• Nice to have: experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI
• Interest in and willingness to develop AI and GenAI skills, including the use of modern digital tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with an open mindset for cross-functional teamwork

• Supporting consultants in pre-implementation activities such as workshops, business analysis, and process mapping
• Supporting application configuration according to provided documentation
• Preparing documentation, user instructions, and training materials for end-users
• Assisting in training sessions
• Providing I/II tier application support
