EY GDS Poland NextGen Talent Internship - Junior Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Consultant

EY offers a paid, full-time, 3-month internship as part of the EY GDS Consulting Poland NextGen Talent Internship Program providing hands-on experience in consulting focused on cybersecurity risk and compliance. The internship includes a structured learning journey in consulting fundamentals, AI, automation, and digital transformation, and offers mentorship, networking, and career development opportunities.

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk management concepts
• Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) principles
• Familiarity with policies, controls, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
• Interest in cybersecurity frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, NIS2, and GDPR
• Ability to work independently and in project teams
• Excellent command of English

Nice to have:

• Exposure to cybersecurity, IT audit, compliance, risk management, or data protection activities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis
• Additional European language skills (German, French, Spanish, etc.)
• Relevant certifications, courses, or extracurricular cybersecurity activities

• Contribute to cybersecurity risk and compliance client and internal projects
• Support hands-on risk assessment, maturity assessment, and control mapping and implementation initiatives
• Help deliver projects to multiple customers in various sectors
• Assist with policy analysis and cybersecurity governance activities
