EY GDS Poland NextGen Talent Internship - Junior AI Automation Developer

EY GDS Poland is a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY, offering an internship program focused on Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Automation, and digital transformation for students and graduates.

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand complex business processes.
• Experience with Excel and automating tasks using VBA and/or Python.
• Knowledge of at least one RPA platform (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Genuine interest in emerging technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence.
• Interest and willingness to develop AI and Generative AI skills using modern digital tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, open mindset, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with .NET Framework.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or generative AI solutions.
• German and/or French language skills.
• Participation in academic or technology-related initiatives or projects.

• Analyze business processes, operational challenges, and data sources to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop intelligent automation solutions using leading automation technologies, AI capabilities, and modern programming languages.
• Build applications with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power BI.
• Collaborate through the entire solution lifecycle: discovery, design, testing, deployment, and support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of existing automation and AI solutions.
