Senior Power Platform Consultant

EY GDS Poland is a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY, delivering consulting services to major market players in the EMEIA region and globally. The role is part of a technologically versatile team working on projects involving RPA and the Power Platform for influential clients in the financial markets.

• At least 3 years of experience in MS Power Platform
• Proficiency in Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Model Driven Apps
• Knowledge of Power Platform ecosystem in relation to other Microsoft products
• Experience working with Azure resources for automation projects
• 4+ years of experience in business process improvement
• Ability to create technical documentation
• Analytical thinking and ability to define and describe business processes
• Knowledge of good development practices and mentoring skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of other Microsoft Tech Stack programming languages/technologies
• Ability to quickly grasp complex business concepts for development lifecycle input
• Ability to utilize generative AI in daily work

Nice to have:

• Experience with the .NET Framework
• VBA programming experience
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with Chatbots

• Develop business process improvements using the Power Platform stack and related components
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other developers and junior team members
• Support and maintain existing automations and applications
• Manage projects involving Power Platform, RPA, and related technologies
