Scrum Master

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
• At least two years experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team
• Excellent skills in collaborative leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency
• Knowledge of Agile project techniques such as burndown metrics, backlog tracking, velocity, task definition, retrospectives, and defect management
• Experience managing bespoke software and/or digital development, implementation, and integration projects from inception through delivery
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Nice to have:

• Product Owner experience

• Guide scrum teams to apply agile framework values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver technical solutions
• Ensure proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments
• Train, mentor, and support team members to become self-organising
• Facilitate internal communication, including discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Work with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests
• Track and manage delivery dependencies between teams
• Coordinate closely with other teams
• Ensure work meets quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to improve scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members take ownership of deliverables
• Inspire incremental changes that increase scrum team efficiency
• Collaborate with other scrum masters to collectively deliver Cybersecurity Engineering’s objectives
