Senior UI Designer (AI & Digital Products)

• Experience designing digital products, especially complex web applications or enterprise solutions
• Experience working on products with many functionalities, complex business processes, or extensive data environments
• Experience with conversational interfaces, chatbots, or AI-based solutions is a plus
• Experience working with design systems or co-creating component libraries
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and aesthetic visual solutions
• Comfortable collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders
• Proactive, responsible, and independent work approach
• Team player who engages in workshops and design initiatives and shares ideas enthusiastically
• Takes ownership of work and consistently completes tasks
• Very good communication skills in English and comfortable working in an international environment

• Design modern interfaces for an advanced web application
• Prepare wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Create and develop components within a new design system
• Maintain visual consistency and high-quality user experiences
• Design solutions for products with extensive functionalities and complex user flows
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and development teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Participate in design workshops and actively propose new solutions
• Support implementation of accessibility standards and best UI practices
• Work closely with international teams
