Senior Technical Engineer / Technical Engineer

• Minimum 4–5 years of commercial experience in implementing and maintaining LAN/WAN/WLAN networks
• Experience in 24/7 production environments understanding change risks, maintenance windows, and rollback plans
• Higher education in IT, telecommunications, electronics or equivalent experience confirmed by certifications
• Designing and implementing L2/L3 segmentation: VLAN, 802.1Q trunking, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP link aggregation, VRRP gateway redundancy
• Configuration and troubleshooting of OSPF (multi-area) routing in production; basic BGP knowledge is a plus
• Ability to design IP addressing plans for migration from flat to per-VLAN/per-location segmentation
• Practical knowledge of ACLs and QoS policies
• Knowledge of WLAN technologies (Aruba, Fortinet, Alcatel)
• Implementing and diagnosing 802.1X (EAP-TLS/PEAP) and NAC in multi-vendor environments; log analysis (RADIUS/Message-Authenticator) and access profiles
• Network authentication integration with Active Directory/LDAP
• Configuration and maintenance of edge firewalls (policies, NAT, site-to-site IPSec VPN)
• Hands-on experience with at least two ecosystems at production configuration level: Cisco (IOS/IOS-XE, Nexus), Aruba/HPE (AOS-CX, AOS8, AOS10, ClearPass), Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Nokia (IP/MPLS routing), Fortinet (FortiGate/FortiMail)
• Independent hardware/configuration failure diagnostics and escalation with prepared documentation
• Preparing technical and as-built documentation in Polish; English proficiency to read vendor documentation and report cases to TAC
• Active or renewable CCNA or equivalent certificate
• Independence, communication skills, and proactivity
• Driving license category B

Nice to have:

• Experience in healthcare, energy (including OT environments), or public administration projects and tender documentation knowledge (OPZ/SWZ, PZP)
• CCNP certificate (Enterprise/Security) held or in progress
• Vendor certifications outside Cisco: Aruba (ACSA/ACCP), Fortinet (NSE), Nokia (SRA/NRS)

• Design, configuration, and deployment of LAN/WAN/WLAN networks at end customers
• Working with multi-vendor IT infrastructure including switching, routing, access control (802.1X/NAC), and edge firewalls
• Network segmentation and addressing design (VLAN, OSPF routing, ACL) for large production environments
• Post-implementation support, diagnostics, and resolving service tickets including RCA and escalation to product vendor TAC
• Preparing presentations and training for clients
• Creating technical and as-built documentation
