Technical Engineer

INNERGO Systems Spółka z o.o. is a Polish capital-based IT integrator operating since 2009 with over 150 employees. The company delivers advanced teleinformatics integration projects including LAN/WLAN networks, MPLS, SD WAN, Wi-Fi, Enterprise telecommunication systems, server platforms, private 5G and LTE networks, cybersecurity systems, Apple device servicing, and no-code platform applications.

• Knowledge of 5G/LTE network architecture and operations including RAN, transport, core, and network management
• Practical knowledge of networking concepts: routing, switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, QoS
• Analytical thinking and independence in resolving technical issues
• Readiness for domestic business trips related to client deployments
• Category B driving license
• Good command of English for technical documentation and communication

Nice to have:

• Experience with Private Wireless Network / private 5G networks projects
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices, especially Nokia solutions
• Industry certifications for 5G networks such as Ericsson or HPE
• Certifications like Nokia, CCNA/CCNP or related
• Experience working with energy, industrial, or healthcare sectors

• Participate in designing and implementing private 5G/LTE (Private Wireless Network) systems
• Configure, integrate, and deploy radio and core network infrastructure (including Nokia solutions) in 5G/LTE environments
• Provide technical support during pre-deployment phase including client requirement analysis, network parameter selection, and radio coverage planning
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in radio, transport, and core network layers of 5G/LTE
• Collaborate with LAN/WAN/WLAN network engineers and project teams integrating 5G with existing client infrastructure
• Prepare technical, post-installation, and post-deployment documentation
• Participate in acceptance testing and post-deployment training for clients
• Maintain ongoing cooperation with technology partners (e.g., Nokia) for technical support and skill development
