Paid Internship in RPA Process Controlling (f/m)

BSH SPRZĘT GOSPODARSTWA DOMOWEGO sp. z o.o. offers a paid internship in Łódź focused on RPA process monitoring and control.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical/business field.
• Strong logical reasoning and ability to detect anomalies in logs, error messages, and system behaviors.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities in operational peaks.

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) architecture including Orchestrator and Control Room.
• Basic knowledge of SAP ERP system.
• Comfort with databases and executing basic SQL select queries.
• Familiarity with ITIL/IT service management practices.
• Experience or familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or VBScript.

• Independently monitor daily bot schedules and executions via UiPath Orchestrator and Automation Anywhere Control Room.
• Detect failed bot runs, analyze execution logs to identify root causes, and decide on next steps such as restarting or escalation.
• Extract execution logs and data using basic SQL queries, and compile performance reports and dashboards in Power BI or Excel.
• Support the team in managing virtual machine health, checking Active Directory (AD) bot credentials, and validating system access.
• Collaborate with development teams during bot deployments to ensure proper startup in production.
