DT Infrastructure Specialist - Mobility Operations Sr. Analyst

Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów S.A is a world-class manufacturer of aircraft engines for helicopters and civil and military aircraft worldwide, including Airbus, Boeing, and Lockheed Martin. The company specializes in metal components and complex static structures as well as aircraft engine gearboxes.

• Minimum 5 years experience architecting and deploying process improvement solutions.
• Experience working with international teams and end users.
• Ability to prepare and deliver reports and communications to audiences with varying seniority and technical skill.
• Experience with Vendor Management.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) software.
• Experience with ServiceNow or related software.
• Experience with wireless service providers.
• Experience with help desk ticketing software.
• Experience with Customer Support.
• Experience with Project Management.
• Ability to influence without authority and manage relationships.
• Collaboration with stakeholders and infrastructure teams on upgrades, installations, and integrations.
• Strong analytical skills for solving issues in high-pressure environments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain US DoD Secret clearance; US citizenship required.
• Interest in learning and mastering new technologies.
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• 4-7 years experience in operations or related activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile environments.
• Experience with Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, priority setting, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Effective communication and leadership through influence.
• Excellent understanding of document control, update processes, and tools.

Core Operations & End-User Support:

• Support all end users across the enterprise, United States, and internationally.
• Partner with BU Mobile Leads on end user support system consolidation, ad-hoc requests, and escalations.
• Assist in tracking and closure of ticket escalations using Mobile Device Management (MDM) software.
• Undertake complex projects and ad-hoc requests independently.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Architecture, Systems & Engineering:

• Assist in design and development of enterprise mobility operations solutions.
• Execute engineering and service technology innovations.
• Provide architecture, administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup, and contingency support for multiple MDM technologies and environments.
• Architect improvements in service delivery, user experience, and security.
• Implement and execute system upgrades of on-premise and cloud servers.

Process Consolidation & Vendor Management:

• Manage vendor relationships and partnerships.
• Assist in consolidation of Mobile Operations Processes including device deployment/upgrades, packaging/kitting, device depot/device reclamation, and helpdesk.
• Create and modify Knowledge Based Articles.
• Maintain and develop documentation such as SOPs and System Architecture Guides and diagrams following organizational standards.

Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret clearance.
