Senior DT Infrastructure Specialist - Mobility Operations Specialist

Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów is a world-class manufacturer of aircraft engines for helicopters and civil and military airplanes worldwide, including Airbus, Boeing, and Lockheed Martin. Key competencies include sheet metal elements, complex static structures, and aircraft engine gearboxes.

• Minimum 8 years of experience architecting and deploying process improvement solutions

• Strong analytical skills to assess and solve issues under pressure
• Must obtain and maintain US DoD Secret clearance; US citizenship required

• Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation

• Support all end users across the enterprise
• Assist in design and development of enterprise mobility operations solutions
• Partner with BU Mobile Leads on end user support system consolidation, ad-hoc requests, and escalations
• Track and close ticket escalations using various Mobile Device Management (MDM) software
• Create and modify Knowledge Based Articles
• Vendor Management and Partnership
• Execute new engineering and service technology innovations
• Assist in consolidating Mobile Operations Processes including device deployment/upgrades, packaging/kitting, device depot/reclamation, and helpdesk
• Independently undertake complex projects and ad-hoc requests
• Provide support (architecture, administration, maintenance, monitoring, backup, contingency) for multiple MDM technologies and environments
• Architect improvement opportunities in service delivery, user experience, and security
• Implement and execute system upgrades of on-premise and cloud servers
• Maintain and develop documentation including SOPs and System Architecture Guides and diagrams
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
• Other duties as assigned

Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a US Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
