Head of Product (Funkcje Korporacyjne)

LUX MED Sp. z o.o. is hiring for a role focused on product management within corporate functions, particularly in implementing and developing ERP and HR/HCM systems.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital products, business transformation, or corporate system implementations
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role responsible for product, project, or transformation teams
• Participation in at least one large production-launch ERP system implementation and/or HR/HCM system implementation
• Practical knowledge of HR, financial processes, and corporate data models
• Experience managing complex, multi-domain business programs
• Experience working with executive management and C-level stakeholders
• Ability to make decisions based on data and business outcomes
• Capability to combine business, technology, and product perspectives
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead organizations through large transformations

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing top-tier ERP solutions like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday Financials or similar
• Experience implementing top-tier HR/HCM solutions like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG, Dayforce or similar
• Experience in organizations with several thousand employees
• Familiarity with Product Operating Model and modern product management practices
• Experience in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Governance
• Experience in the healthcare sector, service industry, or multi-entity environments
• Practical use of AI in corporate and management processes

• Responsibility for the product aspect of the ERP and HR/HCM system implementation
• Continuous development and adaptation of corporate systems to business needs according to continuous discovery and Product Operating Model methodology
• Collaboration with business, suppliers, and IT to define target solution architecture
• Building implementation roadmaps and managing a portfolio of transformational initiatives
• Overseeing data migration, user adoption, and achieving planned business benefits
• Ensuring solutions fulfill business requirements, not only technical ones
• Defining vision and strategy for the Product Area Corporate Functions and managing Product Managers team
• Managing product portfolio supporting finance, HR, data management, and reporting
• Prioritizing initiatives and managing the area roadmap
• Accountability for delivering KPIs and business effects of the Product Area
• Co-managing investment and operational budgets for the area
• Building efficiency metrics for HR, financial, and corporate processes
• Ensuring realization of business benefits from implemented solutions
• Cooperation with Head of Engineering and business leaders
• Partnering with HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT departments
