Senior Business Analyst (f/m/d)

Join PPG as a Senior Business Analyst and play a key role in shaping Supply Chain IT solutions across Europe and Asia Pacific. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, drive process improvements, and support the adoption of cutting-edge tools including IBP, data analytics, and AI/ML solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years IT or related discipline experience
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing
• Strong systems and process orientation
• Experience participating on IT project teams
• Comfortable working remotely using virtual collaboration tools
• Highly motivated, committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability and desire to foster development of junior team members
• Technical skills to support minor user requests such as ad-hoc reports and data extraction
• Fluent English

• Rapidly assimilate assigned business area's products and processes
• Gather requirements, functional design, testing, and work with business processes
• Understand IT impact on organization and link it to business processes redesign
• Independently support user requests with standard tools
• Network with other PPG Analysts to understand IT solution deployment
• Develop effective working relationships across functional, technical, and business partners
• Employ strong problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong business relationships within assigned area
• Support software delivery with product manager interactions, specifications, and user stories
• Support test plan development and change management activities
• Lead and deliver small projects independently
• Apply knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
