IT Infrastructure Tech Lead / Senior

Globalworth is a leading real estate player focused on Poland and Romania, the two largest markets in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Globalworth aims to be the preferred owner for the growing community of tenants representing international organizations operating in the CEE region. Its portfolio valued at about 3 billion euros is managed by a team of over 200 specialists primarily located in Warsaw and Bucharest.

• Minimum 3 years in a senior IT infrastructure role with documented project or architectural experience beyond maintenance.
• Expert level knowledge of Windows Server / Active Directory (GPO, DNS, DHCP, PKI/ADCS, File/Print).
• Expert level virtualization skills: VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter, Hyper-V, Failover Cluster, and machine migrations.
• Experience with high availability and Disaster Recovery: clusters, stretch cluster/MetroCluster, replication, backup plans, and testing.
• Networking and firewall expertise: FortiGate, VLAN, segmentation, routing, SD-WAN, VPN IPsec.
• Backup knowledge: Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
• Good practices in storage SAN/NAS (iSCSI, multipathing, LUN/datastore), PowerShell, REST API, system hardening, vulnerability management, and monitoring (Zabbix, Wazuh, FortiAnalyzer).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID).
• Strong cybersecurity awareness with interest in NIS2 compliance.
• English proficiency sufficient to work with technical documentation and suppliers.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of OT environments: building ICT/OT networks, building automation systems (BMS), segmentation, and OT security.
• Infrastructure as Code tools: Ansible, Terraform, DSC.
• Experience with NIS2/KSC/ISO 27001 compliance implementation, audits, or procedure development.
• Microsoft Azure hybrid scenarios (IaaS, Entra ID, on-prem integration).
• Terminal environments: Microsoft RDS farms (Session Hosts, RemoteApp, RD Gateway, FSLogix).
• SQL Server administration: instance management, backups, permissions.
• Experience in commercial real estate sector or similar combining corporate IT with building technical infrastructure.
• Certifications: VMware VCP, Fortinet NSE/FCP, Veeam VMCE, Microsoft (AZ-800/801, AZ-104).

• Set direction: architecture, technical standards, infrastructure development roadmaps, technology selection, and decision documentation.
• Develop virtualization environment (VMware / Hyper-V) and SAN/NAS storage: design, migration, and performance optimization.
• Ensure continuity: high availability and Disaster Recovery across 3 locations with clusters, replication, Veeam backups, and tested restoration plans.
• Manage network and security: FortiGate, segmentation, VPN, system hardening, monitoring, incident response; oversee corporate and building ICT/OT networks.
• Modernize and integrate building ICT/OT networks: inventory, standardization, segmentation, monitoring, and security enhancement.
• Lead NIS2/KSC compliance program: risk and vulnerability management, procedures, documentation, and incident handling.
• Automate repetitive tasks and deployments using PowerShell and REST API; advance Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Support team through mentoring, configuration reviews, establishing standards, and resolving complex issues as part of third-line support.
• Manage end-to-end deployments from concept through launch and maintenance, collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers.
