Environment Artist

Teyon is an experienced game development studio with over 150 employees, located in Krakow, Łódź, Warsaw, and Tokyo. The company has produced numerous titles including RoboCop: Rogue City, Terminator: Resistance, and RENNSPORT. The role involves contributing to a new action-survival game for PC and consoles set in an iconic sci-fi film universe.

• Proficient in industry-standard 3D modeling and texturing software (e.g., Blender, Substance Painter).
• Strong understanding of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) texturing principles.
• Experience with mid-poly asset workflow.
• Knowledge of texturing using trims.
• Ability to create and optimize assets for various platforms and hardware specifications.
• Good understanding of environment design, composition, and environmental storytelling.
• Up-to-date knowledge about Unreal Engine 5 features.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting attitude.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with sculpting and high-poly to low-poly asset workflow.
• Experience working on open-world, survival, action, FPP or TPP games.

• Create high-quality 3D environments, props, and assets.
• Model, texture, and optimize 3D assets for PC and consoles.
• Create realistic and visually appealing environments aligned with the game's artistic direction.
• Ensure work meets technical and gameplay requirements.
• Keep up to date with industry-standard software and techniques.
