Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops in German to elicit, refine, and validate business requirements for a centralized SAP Fiori Launchpad portal.
Translate business needs into clear requirement specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation roadmaps.
Define future-state solution concepts and drive design decisions with architects, developers, testers, and project managers.
Support migration of legacy HR portal applications to SAP Fiori / SAP UI5, including WebDynpro-to-UI5 migration.
Model and optimize business processes using BPMN, EPK, UML, or OOA techniques aligned with target architecture.
Work within Agile frameworks (Scrum / SAFe), contribute to backlog grooming and sprint planning using Jira and Confluence.
Define and verify quality criteria, acceptance tests, and compliance requirements including accessibility regulations.
Act as an interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely and feasible delivery.
Contribute to change management and adoption activities during portal transformation efforts.
