System Analyst

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. Their services include technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst in investment sector development projects
• Ability to analyze business requirements
• Ability to analyze "as is" processes
• Ability to analyze system changes
• Knowledge of tools Postman, Putty, modeling tools (e.g., draw.io or EA)
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
• Broad analytical skills, documentation creation, log searching and analysis
• Accuracy, openness, and ability to work closely with Developers

• Analyze and refine business requirements for investment sector projects
• Analyze business processes and design changes in IT systems
• Create and maintain analytical and system documentation
• Collaborate with development, business, and project teams
• Verify integrations and analyze data using tools like Postman and Putty
• Analyze logs, identify dependencies, and support resolving system issues
• Participate in projects conducted using Agile methodologies
• Support digital transformation, new services development, and banking system modernization initiatives
• Location: Warsaw
• Service mode: hybrid (meetings twice a week at the client's office)

Work mode: hybrid (2 days per week onsite in Warsaw)
