Senior Salesforce Administrator - CPQ / Revenue Cloud (f/m/x)

Sii Polska is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their Quote-to-Cash capability team. The role involves optimizing and evolving Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation for complex hardware and software bundles. The position is hybrid, based in Kraków, collaborating with Sales Operations, Finance, and Technology teams.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as Salesforce Administrator in complex multi-currency environments
• Proven deep experience configuring Salesforce CPQ, with at least 3 years of Sales Cloud experience and hands-on experience in full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementation
• Experience managing subscription lifecycles including Amendments, Renewals, and Co-terming in Salesforce
• Mastery of Salesforce Flows with ability to build complex logic independently of Apex developers
• Strong problem-solving skills for debugging pricing waterfall issues and calculation errors under pressure
• Ability to explain technical CPQ constraints to non-technical Finance and Sales stakeholders
• Advanced English proficiency
• Available to work from Kraków office up to 2 days per week

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (Highly Preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator
• Experience with Salesforce Billing, invoicing, credit notes, and payment gateways
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERPs like Oracle or SAP for order fulfillment
• Familiarity with Apex triggers and ability to read/debug Apex code

• Own maintenance and enhancement of Salesforce CPQ and Billing, including managing Product Bundles, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Quote Templates, and Revenue Recognition rules
• Design and build scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows and Advanced Approvals for dynamic pricing and approval hierarchies without custom code
• Manage deployment of configuration changes across sandboxes and production using DevOps best practices
• Monitor CPQ calculation engine, troubleshoot quote synchronization errors, and ensure data integrity between Salesforce and ERP systems
• Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for complex quoting issues and assist Sales Operations with billing errors
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate pricing strategies and subscription models into technical requirements
