Analytics / Data Engineer

DCG sp. z o.o. is hiring for a remote role based in Warsaw, Poland, focusing on analytics and data engineering with emphasis on financial and product margin reporting.

• 5+ years of experience in analytics/data engineering
• At least one of the following certifications: AWS Certified Data Engineer - Associate or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
• Hands-on experience with dimensional/fact data modeling
• Practical experience with SQL and data transformation for analytics use cases
• Experience with data catalog tools and documenting data lineage
• Experience supporting financial, margin, or product-level reporting
• Understanding of data quality and validation practices for reporting layers
• Professional-level English enabling smooth business communication

• Model the fact layer in line with the established data standard
• Define and maintain lineage logic within the data catalog
• Connect and structure data to support product-level margin reporting
• Collaborate with architects and data engineers to ensure consistency across the semantic and fact layers
• Validate data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs
