Junior Business Analyst (German)

Link Group is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their consulting delivery team in Frankfurt, focused on the Financial Services sector.

• Early career experience (internship or entry-level) in Business Analysis, PMO, Project Coordination, Banking Operations, or Management Consulting support.
• Fluent written and spoken German (minimum C1) for client workshops and professional documentation.
• Business-fluent English for internal collaboration and reporting.
• Willingness to work onsite in Frankfurt at least 50% of the time for the project duration.
• Practical familiarity with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and modern collaboration software.
• Exceptional diligence, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.

Nice to have:

• Domain exposure to Wealth & Asset Management, Securities, Brokerage, or Fund Administration.
• Hands-on familiarity with agile management platforms including Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks or PMO methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in data manipulation with Excel or presentation design with PowerPoint.

• Record detailed summaries, track decision logs, and capture action items from stakeholder workshops.
• Assist in capturing business requirements, drafting functional user stories, and specifying acceptance criteria.
• Keep project boards up to date using Jira and Confluence.
• Manage risk and issue (RAID) registers and track deliverable milestones.
• Help map business workflows, compile test scenarios and monitor defect resolutions.
• Design structured slide decks using PowerPoint and maintain analytical tracking sheets in Excel.
• Coordinate follow-up on pending deliverables with internal teams and client partners.
• Ensure high standards of document formatting and data accuracy across project artifacts.

Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Frankfurt at least 50% of the time during the project duration.
