Internal Kubernetes Platform Support Engineer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is within the Internal Kubernetes Platform (IKP) Team in the Private Cloud area of the global Cloud Engineering function, working with a globally distributed team supporting highly scalable and secure infrastructure platforms.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration (installation, configuration, upgrades, maintenance).
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts, containerization, orchestration, and observability tools.
• Experience with Unix administration and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.

Nice to have:

• ITIL background for Incident, Problem & Change Management.
• Previous experience in large-scale, globally distributed environments.
• Certifications in containerization-related technologies.
• Experience with Service Meshes.

• Ensure reliability and performance of the IKP infrastructure.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain a Kubernetes platform.
• Diagnose and resolve IKP infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshoot incidents, performance issues, and integration problems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement reliability improvements.
• Provide 24/7 support as part of an on-call rotation (including weekend on-call duty once or twice a month).
