Technical Writer

• At least 2 years of experience in technical writing of software documentation.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (advantage).
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with attention to detail within given timeframes.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Proven experience with games documentation (advantage).

• Write and maintain all generic documentation for Premium games, including Working Papers and Games Rules.
• Determine the documentation needs of different end users.
• Study product samples and capture information from product managers and developers.
• Analyze, coordinate, prioritize, and compile information into different document types.
• Use game screenshots to enhance user understanding.
• Standardize content across the Studio.
• Gather usability feedback from customers.
• Revise documents as new updates and issues arise.

This role is subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals including criminal background checks, fingerprint submission, and licensing or registration with applicable gaming regulatory authorities.
