SAP CX Consultant (m/k)

An international technology organization is expanding its SAP Center of Excellence in Poland. The team delivers SAP consulting, solution design, and rollout services for enterprise clients across Europe.

• Practical experience delivering SAP Commerce Cloud projects across the full implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities within SAP CX environments.
• Experience with at least one of the following: SAP Sales Cloud V1, SAP Sales Cloud V2, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).
• Ability to manage deadlines, deliverables, and communication with multiple stakeholders.
• German proficiency at C1 level.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with SAP Emarsys or SAP Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of SAP Customer Data Cloud or SAP Customer Data Platform.
• Understanding of customer journey optimization and omnichannel commerce.
• Experience working in international or distributed project teams.

• Advise on the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP Customer Experience solutions.
• Design, configure, and integrate solutions aligned with client processes and objectives.
• Model business processes and prepare functional solution designs.
• Work with technical, functional, and business teams to deliver end-to-end implementations.
• Support troubleshooting, system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
• Help coordinate project milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
