Senior Full Stack Engineer

This role is within the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on a well-established platform that supports automated chromatography data analysis for Research & Development, analytical scientists, and laboratory technicians.

• Senior-level experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer building enterprise-grade web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Vue, TypeScript, Python, and API-based backend development.
• Practical experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and schema migrations.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and DevOps.
• Comfortable across full software lifecycle: design, development, deployment, and support.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in a small agile team.
• Experience with data analytics, scientific software, laboratory systems, chromatography, or pharmaceutical R&D is a strong plus.
• Experience with GxP, compliance, or regulated environments is an advantage.

• Develop and maintain modern frontend features using Vue 3, TypeScript, and Vuetify.
• Design, implement, and improve backend services using Python, Pydantic, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic.
• Work with PostgreSQL and S3-based data storage.
• Develop and operate AWS components including ECR, Step Functions, Lambdas, RDS, S3, and Cognito.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and quality practices using GitHub, AWS CodeBuild, Playwright E2E tests, Vitest, and Pytest.
• Use Grafana and CloudWatch to monitor and improve platform reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with end-users, stakeholders, and the Product Owner.
• Apply software engineering discipline while understanding data analytics and scientific workflows.
