ERP Project Manager (Data Migration)

LinkGroup is the hiring company for this ERP / HRIS TSA Manager position focused on overseeing Transition Service Agreement governance, service delivery, and migration execution during corporate separations or carve-outs.

• Proven experience in M&A, carve-outs, or divestitures managing TSAs (Transition Service Agreements) for ERP/HRIS platforms.
• Strong background in ERP/HRIS service delivery, data governance, and vendor management.
• Demonstrated track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership during complex system migrations.

• Lead ERP/HRIS TSA governance frameworks and align key stakeholders across Seller, Buyer, and service provider teams.
• Oversee ongoing ERP operations, ensuring stable service performance and adherence to TSA SLAs.
• Manage change requests, mitigate operational risks, resolve issues, and align cross-workstream dependencies.
• Supervise ERP and cross-system data extractions, data provisioning, and delivery by third-party vendors.
• Drive end-to-end migration planning, execution readiness, and final ERP TSA exit activities.
