Senior Cloud Network & Cloud Security Engineer (GCP) – Arabia Saudyjska (Dammam)

Upvanta sp. z o.o. is recruiting for a long-term project with one of the largest Google Cloud Platform environments globally, located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud Networking and Cloud Security.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficient with Terraform.
• Experience with Google Fabric Fast, Enterprise Landing Zones, VPC, Cloud NAT, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud NGFW, Network Connectivity Center, Interconnect, and VPN.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and DNS.
• Experience with networking for GKE / Kubernetes.
• Practical knowledge of solutions such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, and F5.
• Experience migrating on-premise infrastructure to Google Cloud.
• Higher education in computer science, telecommunications, or related fields.
• Very good command of the English language.
• Active certifications: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Network Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Python or Ansible.
• Experience automating enterprise environments.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available network architectures in Google Cloud Platform.
• Build and develop enterprise landing zones according to Google Cloud best practices.
• Implement and maintain security solutions based on native GCP services and third-party products.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Deploy and configure Google Fabric Fast.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams on migrating on-premise environments to Google Cloud.
• Define and enforce network security policies.
• Provide technical support and advisory for project teams and clients.

This position requires 100% on-site work in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with no possibility of remote or hybrid work. Candidates should be prepared to relocate. The data controller is Upvanta sp. z o.o., and personal data processing is disclosed with rights information as per the recruitment process.
