Lumicode Sp. z o.o., part of the Pentacomp Group, is a producer of IT solutions and provider of professional IT services for large enterprises and the public sector. The group has almost 30 years of market presence and many completed projects. The role involves working on a client's project related to Data Warehouse development and maintenance using Microsoft SQL Server technologies.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server technology
• Experience working with Integration Services (SSIS)
• Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL
• Skills in database structure modeling
• Practice in optimization and tuning of RDBMS databases
• Experience in projects for the insurance industry

Nice to have:

• Experience gathering requirements from users
• Experience with Cognos or MicroStrategy
• Knowledge of other databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL

• Maintain and develop the Data Warehouse using SQL Server
• Design and manage ETL/ELT processes mainly using Integration Services (SSIS)
• Write, test, and optimize SQL queries and T-SQL stored procedures
• Analyze data sources and model/expand Data Warehouse structures
• Analyze and improve database and query performance, system tuning
• Optionally model OLAP layers and reports
