Analityk / Analityczka Produktowa (www)

TUI Group is seeking an analyst to support the development and growth of their internet service, collaborating with E-commerce and Performance Marketing teams.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in web analytics
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Experience designing and validating measurement (event documentation, data accuracy verification after implementation)
• Practice conducting A/B testing on websites using any tool (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, custom solutions)
• Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML sufficient to read site code, use browser console, and write simple tags
• SQL skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of server-side Google Tag Manager
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI

• Support the development and growth of the internet service
• Plan, conduct, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests from hypotheses to significance assessment
• Create event documentation for developers and ensure proper implementation
• Implement and maintain tracking codes in Google Tag Manager, including server-side GTM
• Control measurement quality by diagnosing discrepancies and supervising data layer and compliance with user consent (Consent Mode)
• Create regular and ad-hoc reports
• Actively participate in meetings with developers sharing analytical knowledge
• Advise teams regarding purchase paths and site functionality usage
• Collaborate with E-commerce and Performance Marketing teams in designing communication automation scenarios
