Software Tester

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in software testing.
• Practical experience in manual and exploratory testing.
• Experience in automated UI and API testing using TypeScript and/or Python.
• Strong knowledge of Playwright and Postman/Bruno or SoapUI.
• Experience designing and executing performance tests with k6.
• Good knowledge of REST API and GraphQL.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, especially in testing environments.
• Familiarity with Argo CD or readiness to learn it quickly.
• Practical use of AI-based tools to improve testing processes and efficiency.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach to risk identification and process improvements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Accuracy, responsibility, and commitment to high software quality.
• Clear communication skills and effective collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Openness to feedback and willingness for continuous development.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in application and API security testing.
• Knowledge of security testing tools.
• Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

• Prepare, execute, and maintain test scenarios and cases.
• Conduct manual and exploratory tests on web applications and APIs (REST, GraphQL).
• Design, implement, and maintain automated UI and API tests using Playwright with TypeScript and/or Python, as well as Postman, Bruno, or SoapUI.
• Plan, execute, and analyze performance tests using k6.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with developers on diagnosis and resolution.
• Support maintenance and development of test environments based on Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Argo CD.
• Identify areas where automation can bring value and propose QA process improvements.
• Utilize AI-based tools to enhance testing efficiency and daily QA activities.
• Clearly communicate quality risks and recommend actions to improve product quality.
