Senior Java Developer (k/m)

PZU Tech S.A. is the company offering the position, located in Warsaw at rondo Ignacego Daszyńskiego 4.

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Java/JEE developer
• Knowledge of Git version control
• Experience working in a scrum team and DevOps mindset
• Proficiency with Spring and Hibernate frameworks
• Knowledge of relational databases, especially Oracle and PostgreSQL
• Experience with build automation tools Gradle or Maven
• Solid understanding of OOP and multithreaded programming

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of design patterns
• Familiarity with TDD and BDD approaches
• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (K8S), and Helm
• Programming experience in GOSU
• Skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5

• Collaborate within a scrum team following DevOps culture
• Work with Git for version control
• Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and multithreading
• Utilize Spring and Hibernate frameworks
• Use relational databases and SQL, particularly Oracle and PostgreSQL
• Automate build processes using Gradle or Maven

• Service provision from the territory of Poland is required
• Hybrid work model: 1 day per week in the office and 4 days remote
