Senior Project Manager (E-commerce)

Univio specializes in developing e-commerce and omnichannel models, implementing data-driven and AI-based solutions such as customer service assistants, organizational knowledge access, and personalized product recommendations. The company has delivered over 500 projects and collaborates with brands like RTV EURO AGD, Wittchen, Agata, Tubądzin, Gemini Polska, Super-Pharm, and LuxMed, focusing on the intersection of technology, data, and user experience.

• Experience in implementing e-commerce systems, preferably B2B
• Strong technical background enabling effective collaboration with development teams
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and non-functional requirements (NFR) such as performance, security, and scalability
• Experience coordinating work across project portfolios
• Knowledge of product management, category, and e-commerce processes
• Good understanding of the IT industry and e-commerce ecosystem principles
• Effective communication skills with clients and programmers
• Proficient in English at a business and technical level (B2/C1)
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
• Comfortable using AI tools and staying updated with industry innovations
• Proactive and independent with the ability to activate others

• Manage projects and project portfolios comprehensively, including defining, planning, monitoring budget, scope, schedule, resources, and risks
• Regularly work with project reports to monitor progress
• Establish and maintain good client relationships, managing open communication and expectations, and acting as the first escalation point
• Coordinate project teams and ensure consistency with adopted methodologies
• Build well-organized teams and identify recruitment needs
• Support business development by actively participating in preparing offers and negotiating cooperation terms
