ORLEN S.A. is a large international corporation involved in sectors such as fuel stations, convenience stores, electromobility, energy & gas, and marketing.

• Higher education, preferably in computer science, mathematics, econometrics, quantitative methods, or related fields
• Several years of experience in process automation, AI/ML, software development, or integration
• Experience with language model-based solutions (RAG, tool use, API integrations) or process automation; production experience building AI agents
• Experience integrating systems via API
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure Cloud, or similar
• Experience with production-grade solutions: tests, CI/CD, monitoring
• Communicative knowledge of English (B2)
• Effectiveness in action and business responsibility
• Attitude for continuous development and ability to learn from various perspectives

Nice to have:

• Experience building conversational or operational process automation solutions
• Knowledge of security and compliance for language model-based solutions
• Knowledge of LLMOps, guardrails, quality monitoring, and cost control of model usage

• Identify business processes for automation
• Build AI agents automating processes in customer service (chat, email, voice), fuel stations, convenience stores, electromobility, energy & gas, marketing
• Create solutions based on language models: multi-step reasoning, tool usage, context retrieval (RAG), conversation memory
• Optimize solutions based on business, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Design tests, quality evaluations, and effectiveness monitoring
• Work with Google Cloud Platform, Azure Foundery, and IT platform services
• Integrate solutions with domain systems cooperating with IT and corporate architects following corporate technology and security standards
• Participate in building early solutions as part of a newly created team

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
