Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Remote,0.4 FTE)

Next Technology Professionals is a recruitment agency supporting clients in IT, engineering, and finance sectors. Operating since 2015, it has completed over 700 successful recruitment processes. Services include permanent recruitment, IT outsourcing, executive search, team building, external labor (B2B services), and Virtual Recruitment Assistant (VRA).

• 5+ years building CI/CD pipelines and test automation in AWS.
• Experience with secrets/key management tools (e.g., Vault, KMS).
• Experience conducting vulnerability assessments for external API integrations.
• Experience optimizing workflows using AI programming tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and AI agents.
• Experience with security audits in financial or regulated industries.
• Experience verifying security of custody/integration services in cloud environments.
• Understanding of on-chain security systems (smart contracts, oracles).
• Fluent English (at least B2+/C1).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD best practices.
• Expertise in cloud security management.

• Create test automation for backend and data flows integrated into CI pipelines.
• Conduct security reviews for external data integration points and custody services (API key and secret management, access control).
• Perform security checks in deployment pipelines, including vulnerability scanning and dependency checks.
• Establish fundamental security standards for securities data processing systems, including logging, access control, and data encryption.
