Product Manager Senior Specialist

• 10–12 years of experience in transaction banking, corporate treasury or financial services.
• Deep expertise in deposit products, liquidity management and balance-sheet optimization.
• Experience managing deposit or liquidity portfolios, pricing governance, funding costs, LCR and NSFR.
• Knowledge of corporate treasury, macroeconomic drivers and interest-rate risk.
• Experience with UK and European regulations, including PRA, FCA, Deposit Guarantee Schemes, FATCA and CRS.
• Experience leading cross-border product launches or transformation programmes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related quantitative field.

Beneficial qualifications:

• Experience with deal pipelines and pricing approvals in enterprise CRM platforms.
• Use of Big Data tools and advanced reporting for portfolio analysis.
• MS Excel and PowerPoint for financial modelling, business cases and executive reporting.
• Master's degree, MBA, ACT or CTP qualification.

• Own product strategy and roadmap for deposit and liquidity concentration services across the UK and Europe.
• Optimize balance sheet performance with Treasury, Finance and Market Risk, including deposit mix, duration, funding costs, LCR and NSFR.
• Govern portfolio pricing, deal reviews and approval processes.
• Drive commercialization, revenue growth, deposit acquisition and market-share expansion.
• Advise corporate treasury clients during negotiations, RFPs and strategic engagements.
• Lead product controls and approvals in line with PRA, FCA, deposit protection and tax requirements.
• Use analytics and reporting to benchmark portfolio performance and identify rationalization opportunities.
• Partner with Operations and Technology on scalable real-time liquidity capabilities.
