Kubernetes Platform Support Engineer

• 5+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes administration experience.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts, operations, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of containers and orchestration.
• Experience with Unix/Linux administration.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience with automation and/or Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including working with logs and monitoring dashboards.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple technical teams.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including weekends.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Service Mesh technologies.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Kubernetes platforms.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or similar.
• Knowledge of SRE practices.

• Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the Kubernetes platform.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the infrastructure platform.
• Diagnose and resolve Kubernetes infrastructure issues, incidents, and integration failures.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements to increase platform stability.
• Analyse logs, monitoring data, and performance metrics to identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, and application teams to resolve technical problems.
• Support automation and infrastructure improvements, including Infrastructure as Code.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including weekend support.
