• Profession: Specialist in IT applications
• English language proficiency: A1 (beginner) in speaking and writing
• Driving license category B
• Experience working with IT systems
• Skills in user needs analysis, ERP/POS system implementation and configuration, data migration and verification, database administration, configuration of computer devices and peripherals, software testing, user training, technical problem solving, creation of implementation documentation, and post-implementation support

• Support business clients in IT systems assistance
• Install and configure operating systems
• Install and configure user software and computer networks related to IT applications
