• Profession: IT specialist
• English language skills: A1 (beginner) in speaking and writing
• Hardworking, thorough, and able to work in a team
• Skills in administration and management of systems and computer networks

• Very good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network infrastructure (Fortigate, HP Enterprise)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity issues including KSC, NIS2
• Experience in creating and maintaining IT documentation and security procedures
• Experience managing Active Directory, virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, Proxmox), database systems, SSL certificates, and electronic signatures
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries
• Practical skills in automating administrative tasks using scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Batch)
• Practical knowledge of Windows Server, backup systems, and network solutions (firewall, VPN)
• At least 2 years of overall work experience

• Administration of IT infrastructure including networks, systems, and hardware
• Oversight of server room operations (currently 5 servers)
• Ensuring IT security, including data protection, procedures, and employee training
• Implementation, maintenance, and updating of IT systems
• Monitoring system operations and resolving failures and incidents
• Providing IT support for museum employees
• Collaboration with IT service providers and Data Protection Officer
• Maintaining IT documentation, procedures, and license records
• Preparing documentation for public procurement in IT
• Participating in IT projects such as infrastructure modernization and digitalization of collections
• Managing data access and archiving
• Maintaining the museum website and Biuletyn Informacji Publicznej (BIP)
• Conducting security audits
