Product Owner

Tenarai is hiring a Product Owner to lead the product strategy and technical delivery for their Sales Automation initiative, involving complex domains such as Sales Compensation, WXP platform management, SFDC MDM integrations, and MSP entitlement flows.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Deep functional understanding and hands-on experience with Sales Compensation rules (New vs. Renewal, Quotas, Credit allocation).
• Direct, working platform expertise across Customer Master, Product Master, and Subscription components of the WXP platform.
• Proven background with WXP-Led Sales Enablement and Transactional Upfront Billing flows.
• Experience managing SFDC MDM integrations focused on Credit Accuracy.
• Direct experience with MSP entitlement flows and Partner tier management.
• Proven track record in dual-program backlog management and coordinating cross-vendor delivery ecosystems.

• Own, prioritize, and refine a dual-program product backlog, converting complex business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and manage business logic around Sales Compensation rules, including New vs. Renewal structures, Quota tracking, and Credit calculation/allocation.
• Drive WXP-led sales enablement capabilities, managing domain flows across Customer Master, Product Master, Subscription modules, and transactional upfront billing models.
• Ensure high data integrity and Credit Accuracy through alignment with SFDC Master Data Management (MDM) integration points.
• Define and optimize end-to-end Managed Service Provider (MSP) entitlement flows and Partner tier management logic.
• Lead alignment sessions, sprint planning, and backlog refinements across multiple external vendors and internal delivery teams.
