Site Reliability Engineering Lead

People More is a technology company with a large client base in Poland and abroad. They build projects from scratch or partially, including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile, working directly for clients and supporting partners' solutions. They handle a wide range of projects worldwide.

• 7+ years of professional IT experience
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes administration experience
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, operations, and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of containerization and orchestration
• Strong Unix/Linux administration skills
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation
• Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Ability to analyse logs, monitoring data and dashboards to identify infrastructure and performance issues
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience working across multiple technical teams in complex enterprise environments
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to work from the Kraków office 2–3 days per week
• Very good English and Polish

• Selecting techniques and life cycle models based on the project context
• Establishing team structures and a collaborative working environment
• Communicating with stakeholders and maintaining awareness of business needs and priorities
• Using visual techniques for project tracking and reporting
• Timeboxing and incremental deliveries

• Ability to work from the Kraków office 2–3 days per week
• Very good English and Polish required
