Senior Network Engineer - Campus WiFi (Cisco)

• Cisco CCNA or CCNP Wireless certification (or equivalent).
• Ekahau certification is advantageous.
• Preferred knowledge of ITIL.
• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is beneficial.
• Desirable knowledge in Ansible, Python, and CheckMK.

Nice to have:

• Experience in developing network optimization strategies.

• Oversee technical and operational aspects of Campus WiFi.
• Ensure effective management of major incidents and provide 24/7 on-call support.
• Lead the Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management processes.
• Conduct network planning, design, and architecture.
• Implement and document network configurations and maintain quality assurance.

The role requires flexibility for on-call support duties and involves operational responsibilities focused on wireless solutions and network component installation.
