Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst independently generating user stories, requirements, and documentation.
• Active Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce AI.
• Strong capability to translate business needs into technical solution designs with process automation expertise.
• Experience contributing to engineering refinement and estimation sessions.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets).
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Certifications: Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, and/or Agentforce Consultant.
• Strategic and analytical mindset aligning Salesforce configurations with business goals.
• Proactive ownership and urgency in work.
• Clear, structured communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Act as operational co-pilot to cross-functional leadership in Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
• Own end-user support, process improvements, and platform adoption of Salesforce.
• Translate ambiguous business asks into structured scope, clear documentation, and actionable next steps.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows.
• Champion strict data governance to maintain system integrity.
• Leverage best practices across Salesforce clouds to maximize platform capabilities.
• Drive high-autonomy, hands-on solutions delivering positive business outcomes.
