• Minimum 3 years of experience in the gaming industry.
• At least one year of experience as a Quest Designer or similar role.
• Knowledge of storytelling basics.
• Experience creating narration for games and familiarity with any game editor.
• Strong creativity and openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Proactiveness and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Team player able to engage in interdisciplinary cooperation and brainstorming.
• Curiosity and good knowledge of the video game industry.
• Understanding of narrative versus gameplay layers in open-world action RPG games.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining quests using proprietary C-Engine and on paper.
• Collaborating closely and iteratively with the Narration team.
• Participating as a quest owner in interdisciplinary quest strike teams.
• Cooperating with Quest Producer and Quest Director to maintain vision and monitor progress.
• Addressing director's feedback in an iterative pipeline.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and innovative quest, narration, and gameplay solutions.
• Reporting and time-tracking in Jira.
