Level Designer

• Passion for making games.
• At least 3 years of experience or one published AAA project as a Level Designer.
• Ability to design engaging and understandable game environments providing diverse gameplay.
• Good knowledge of any editor such as Unity, Unreal Engine, RedKit, CryEngine, RoadHog, or Techland's proprietary DevTools.
• Ability to solve design problems such as indirect player guidance.
• Good sense of gameplay quality and frustration.
• Readiness to develop technology and engine related to level design.
• Willingness to collaborate and share knowledge.
• Good knowledge of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience as a Quest Designer.
• Basic knowledge of architecture.
• Artistic skills such as drawing, painting, or modeling.

• Co-create and transform project vision into playable environments including implementing and adapting game mechanics such as enemy AI, combat systems, and player interactions.
• Create and populate elements of Open-World gameplay including encounters, activities, population, and AI life.
• Collaborate closely with specialists in art, programming, design, audio, and animation.
• Test levels for bugs, gameplay issues, and overall player experience; collect and apply feedback for improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation related to levels and gameplay.
